Its durable, lightweight design with built-in handle offers portable power for camping, tailgating, and recreational use. The iX1600 features inverter technology that decreases the size, weight, and noise from the generator and allows to the engine to run at varying speeds, significantly decreasing the noise and fuel consumption levels. The iX1600 supplies a reliable 1,600-watt power supply wherever you'll need it and a maximum power creation of 1,650 watts, and yet it's 40 percent lighter compared to a standard generator of equal wattage output. It features Generac's FlexPower technology, which gives two modes of operation: High Mode for big loads or battery charging, as well as an Eco Mode to avoid wasting fuel minimizing noise.
